Original factory issue RIVAL 1500 Watt Heat Control Temperature Controller Probe MDTCP-1 with SureRELEASE Magnetic Power Cord MDP-1 Fits most Rival & Presto small appliances that require a 1500 Watt Heat Temperature Controller that have female contact points of 3/8' inch apart with a metal probe length of 2 ¼' inch long to fit inside the small appliance. Also fits and will operate the Saladmaster and West Bend WABALCO brand Liquid Oil Core Stainless Steel Electric Skillets – only the models 7817 and 7815E that are stamped on the bottom with Model # 7817 or 7815E requiring a WB # 1 Control (pre-1980 production date). Stamped on the back of temp controller unit with dial it reads: DO NOT IMMERSE IN ANY LIQUID, 120VAC, 60HZ, 1500 W, MODEL MDTCP-1, Pat Pending SureRELEASE Magnetic Power Cord MDP-1 is stamped: 120VAC, 60HZ, 15A, MODEL MDP-1, on the other side it reads: THIS SIDE UP Controller with dial measures 4 ¼' inches long by 1 ¾' inches wide by 5/8' inch high (thick). Cord length without the controller or plug in end units measures appx. 24 inches long. Cord casing is stamped: (UL) E156549, HPN105ºC, 16AWGx2C, VW-1, LUCKY UNITED HEATER CORD, CSA, HPN 105ºC, 16AWGx2C, LL101156, FT2, -F- Temp settings on front dial from OFF to WARM, 200º to 400º degrees Fahrenheit, oval oblong shape light under right side of dial lights up Red when in use and heating the small appliance.
